I'm Melissa Braun — founder of LexRebel LLC and fractional COO working exclusively with personal injury firms. I've been building systems around people since 1998, holding roles up to Director of Operations across businesses with showroom sales, global shipping, and complex teams. I bring that same operational depth — plus an MBA and a genuine passion for this space — to solo practitioners and small PI firms who deserve access to real operational support.
